decent stay, some minor issues
spacious room friendly staff missing teaspoon unresponsive service
i had a club beautiful double double. the room felt spacious. the staff were friendly and efficient at all times. breakfast was excellent.
one asian lady told us to wait. i found no teaspoons at the coffee machine. i asked the short chinese looking lady for teaspoons, but she didn't respond and only brought them later.

limited room service aged rooms
The location was excellent, within walking distance of the train station.
Room service was limited. Staff insisted I go downstairs to put a card on the room, even though it was sorted upon arrival. It felt inconvenient and unnecessary.. The rooms are also showing their age.

i found the staff helpful . the location worked well as it was easy to get around. the room was nice and it provided good value.
The lighting throughout the hotel is too low, especially in the corridors. I struggled to see room numbers.

The room included a bath which I appreciated. The location offered easy access to the city center. I found the breakfast restaurant good. The staff proved helpful and friendly.
The bar closed early . This was a slight inconvenience.
